I legitimately had to pause after taking one bite. The flavors swirling together in my mouth- a hint of spice from the jalapeños, sweetness from the orange juice in the meat, and a smokey profile from the avocado sauce- straight PERFECTION. Placed on a corn tortilla and topped with this salsa and smokey creamy avocado sauce.
Tip: to get the avocado in a nice line, put sauce in a plastic sandwich bag and cut off one of the corners. Squeeze the sauce like a pastry bag on top of your taco!
