Peppermint Date Cacao Balls
OR 1 candy cane
Add walnuts to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add in the dates, cacao powder and peppermints and blend (stirring as necessary) until smooth.
Roll the dough into balls with approximately a 1 inch diameter. Place on a covered baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave (30 seconds at a time, stirring in between 30 second segments). When chocolate is melted, add a dash of canola oil and stir until combined.
Drizzle the white chocolate on top of the balls evenly. Top with more crushed peppermint. Store in the refrigerator.
