Thursday- Roasted Veggie Vegan Taco Salad by Plays Well With Butter
I am a big proponent of not making your salads boring, and this salad is MOST DEF not boring. Another reminder that healthy is not synonymous with boring. Just look at all of those different flavors and juiciness!
