Tip: you could prep the quinoa on Sunday night if your heart desires
Thursday- Weeknight Roasted Zaatar Chicken With Herbed Tahini and Leeks by Well Fed Soul
Tip: this chicken also calls to be marinated overnight or up to 2 hours before cooking. Just be sure you don’t marinate it for more than 24 hours, as that can start to break down the proteins.
Friday- Black Bean and Avocado Wraps by Gimme Delicious
Tip: no prep needed! Easy peasy for Friday night.
