Tip: to make this dish even easier to prepare, buy pre-made pico de gallo.
Tuesday- Spanish Chickpea and Spinach Stew by Lazy Cat Kitchen
Tip: You can make the rice at the beginning of the week to save time on Tuesday night.
Wednesday- The Best Traditional Chili Recipe
Tip: make this on Sunday night and just keep in the fridge until Wednesday so you can just re-heat it in 5 minutes.
Thursday- Cauliflower Shwarma Wraps by Half Baked Harvest
Tip: Prep the cauliflower and lettuce ahead of time to save yourself on Thursday
Friday- Blackened Shrimp Pasta by Budget Bytes
Tip: Make the blackened seasoning ahead of time.
