I’ve got five more healthy recipes comin at ya for dinners this week! Along with some tips to make your life even easier, AND a grocery list with all of the ingredients needed to make these 5 healthy recipes!
Monday- Garlic Shrimp Asparagus Skillet by Primavera Kitchen
Tip: Okay I don’t have a tip for this one because it really can’t get any easier or faster than it already is.
Tuesday- Broccoli and Cheddar Melts by Half Baked Harvest
Tip: this is also a super quick and simple meal, but you could prep and chop the broccoli on Sunday night to save a few minutes!
Tip: peel and cube the potatoes ahead of time so that you can just toss them in the oven when it’s go time for dinner.
Thursday- Winter Bliss Bowls by Pinch of Yum
Tip: make a batch of the falafel on Sunday night. You can keep a batch of these in the freezer so that you always have them on hand.
Friday- Chicken and Chickpea Stew by Jennifer Meyering
Tip: I would make this on Sunday night to have in the fridge for a lunch or two during the week, and so dinner is all ready on Friday night. Because who wants to cook after a long week!
