Tip: Make the soup on Sunday night and keep it in the fridge for Monday night’s dinner and for lunches throughout the week.
Tuesday- Sun Dried Tomato and Ricotta Turkey Meatballs by Half Baked Harvest
Tip: go ahead and make the meatballs on Sunday night. That way on Tuesday you just prep the pasta and dinner is ready to be served!
Wednesday- Tuscan Butter Salmon by Delish
Tip: Just have all of the ingredients on hand- nothing really you can do to prep ahead of time!
Thursday- sheet pan chicken shawarma with sesame sweet potatoes and hummus by Half Baked Harvest
Tip: You could slice the sweet potatoes and create the spice rub at the beginning of the week so you are able to just throw it together on Thursday night.
Friday- Grilled Vegetable Sandwiches With Havarti And Balsamic Drizzle by Hello Veggie
Tip: To make the assembly faster of the sandwiches, you could slice up the veggies at the beginning of the week.
