Tip: chop up your vegetables and kale before Monday night to save time. Also cook the lentils prior to monday night as they can take up to a day to fully be prepared!

Wednesday- 5 Ingredient Easy Stuffed Peppers by Celery and the City
Tip: you might want to think about cooking the rice ahead of time, maybe on Sunday night, to save some time on Wednesday
Thursday- Blackened Fish Burger with Sriracha Mayo by Oh Sweet Basil
Tip: make the sriracha mayo and seasoning rub beforehand to make Thursday night a bit simpler.
