Tip: You could make the farro and blanch the broccolini on Sunday night and just reheat the farro and roast the broccolini when you are ready to eat it on Monday night to save some time.
Tuesday- Antipasto Mozzarella Sandwich With Lemony Basil Pesto by Half Baked Harvest
Tip: make the lemony basil pesto on Sunday night ready to smear all over your sandwich on Tuesday.
Wednesday- Buttery Garlic Chicken With Zucchini By The Recipe Critic
Tip: This is a pretty straight forward meal but you could prep the zucchini ahead of time by chopping them up on Sunday.
Tip: this is super easy to make so no prep ahead of time is needed!
Friday- Spicy Cajun Shrimp Skillet by The Endless Meal
Tip: if you are buying fresh shrimp that hasn’t been peeled and deveined, go ahead and peel it and devein it and then pop it in the freezer. That way the shrimp will stay fresh and all you have to do is put the shrimp in the fridge on Friday morning to thaw out and you will be ready to get cooking that night!
