This week’s healthy meal plan for the week is featuring recipes from some of my favorite fellow bloggers! We have a turkey dish, a chicken skillet dish, a vegan dish (that you can make vegetarian by adding regular cheese), a shrimp dish and a beef dish.

This chicken and potatoes would go really well with roasted asparagus. Adding that to the grocery list for ya!
Black Bean Enchiladas with Cilantro Sauce by This Savory Vegan
This dish has all of the goods that you don’t even need a side dish. To make this just a vegetarian meal, feel free to add in some shredded mexican cheese to the enchiladas (on the grocery list).
